By inviting Fern to a Discord server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.
Fern is provided free of charge for use within Discord servers. You agree not to abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or other users' experience.
Fern stores only the minimum data required to function — such as server IDs and configuration settings. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but Fern is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
We reserve the right to restrict access to Fern for any server or user that violates these terms, abuses the service, or harms other users.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Fern after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced in our support server.
