Fern stores the minimum data required to function: server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs (only where a feature needs them, like reminders or levels), and your server's configuration settings for the bot.

2. What we don't collect

We do not read, store, or log message content beyond what's needed to process a command. We do not collect emails, passwords, payment info, or anything you haven't explicitly given us.

3. How we use your data

Data is used only to run the bot's features — remembering your settings, running commands, and keeping things working. That's it.

4. Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is only disclosed if legally required.

5. Data removal

Removing Fern from your server deletes the associated configuration. To request full data deletion, contact us in the support server.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be announced in the support server.
